It's really simple to activate your username for your AA internet savings accounts.
All you need to do is log in using your username (confirmed in your welcome letter) and access token (sent to you by e-mail) and then set up your security details.
Once you've done this you will be able to start viewing your account(s) immediately.
Please note by activating your username this will automatically activate any accounts you have previously applied for and therefore any initial deposits that have been set up.

Why do I need to activate my username?
As you would expect, security is a priority for the AA.
To make sure that you and only you can access your account(s), your username won't be activated until you log in using information sent to you by post and e-mail.
You will then be asked to set up security details that only you will know. This whole process will take a few minutes, after which you can use your account.
Your Access Token is only required to activate your username. When you log in after initial activation you will be asked for:
- Your username
- Your password
- An answer to one of the security questions
It is therefore important that you select information which you will find easy to remember.
I don t have a Username or Access Token?
We will send you your Username and Access Token details within 5 bank working days of your application being processed and approved.
